There are some shortcut inside that folder. Open the runner box and run shell:startup. You can permanently delete them by right clicking and then “Delete”. The address of this registry is HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run (HKCU or HK_CURRENT_USER). ![]() Open the registry editor by running regedit in the runner box (CRLT+R). The program could have registered themselves in the registry for program automatic startup on launch. You probably wonder, how did this program ended enabled at the first place. There you can disable any unwanted startup apps. Open the Task Manager and go to the Startup tab. This is the most intuitive action to start with.
